Summary167: Two byte character does not shown correctly in changeset note.
DescriptionThanks for this wonderful plugin.
With some efforts, I could finish installation of this plugin and see changeset note in page.
But the thing is that korean character does not shown correctly in changeset note. Everything except korean character is shown correctly.
I use windowsXP and also using modified post-commit.bat which is in SourceWebSVN directory.(Actually, I modified post-commit.tmpl shell script to bat format)
Regular expression is the same as default. And I use mantis1.2.1, latest mantis source integration version, subversion1.4, WebSVN2.3.1.
Is there any kind of work around here?

This is a problem of not correctly setting locale and other settings when reading the output from `svn log`. Issue 130 already covers this, and I'm investigating the use of a native PHP library to pull information from rather than parsing the log output.
