Summary223: Repository ID is updated when importing changesets
DescriptionWhen you import a SVN repository, it's ID is changed.
Steps To Reproduce1 - Create and configure a repository. It has ID X
2 - Import Full (or either latest, SourceSVN do the same stuff on both)
3 - Go back to the Repository list
4 - Point to the link to Manage or view Changesets. You see that now our repository has ID X+1

I'm sorry, folks. I didn't test it enough to open this issue.

After further analysis, I realized that even with the method import_latest calling import_full, they really don't do the same stuff.
In fact, import latest only updates information, but my mistake was that import full actually creates a new repo, load all svn information parsed and then deletes the old.
As " Repository ID is updated when importing changesets" is not the case here, I guess this is not an issue, my bad...

I'd ask a change to update the new Repo ID with the old, but I guess it doesn't worth it.

Ideally, I would like to update the label to make the difference between the two actions more obvious; something like "Rebuild Repository".
