Summary165: special characters in repository URLs are not handled correctly
DescriptionI have a repository containing a special character (the 'AT' @ sign) in the URL. It's not possible to use this repository URL in Mantis SVN plugin, because the plugin does not parse the URL for special characters. The URL is just passed to svn.exe as it. As a result, svn.exe returns with errors.

If I replace the 'AT' by '%40' at the plugin's config page (when entering the SVN URL), everything works fine. So this is not a blocker, one can still work with the plugin, but it would be nicer if the plugin parses the URL and replaces special characters by their code points or at least throws a warning if a special character in the URL is found. Otherwise the user just wonders why it does not work and has no clues the URL is problematic.
