111: update FAQ plugin for Mantis release 1.2.

Description

upgraded mantis from mantis 1.2RC2 to mantis release
- the FAQ plugin is the only one thats not work
- it expects the MantisBT Core 1.2.0rc1 - so no installation possible
- all others are ok
