Summary | 115: Link new added user with existing changesets
Description | When adding a new user, who already committed code, his old changesets are not linked to his account due to an empty "user_id" field in mantis_plugin_Source_changeset_table. "author" contains his name, so there should be a function to update the changesets and set the user_id by looking up his source control username.
