155: [Source Control Integration 0.16.1] APPLICATION ERROR #2503 Upgrading the plugin schema failed in block 014.

Description

When I try to install Source Control Integration 0.16.1, the proces crash with the following error:
"APPLICATION ERROR #2503 Upgrading the plugin schema failed in block 014.
Please... etc."

I haven't yet been able to push it to the repository at mantisforge.org though due to technical problems on the server. In the meantime, running `git am 0001-Fix-update-query-to-use-single-quotes.patch` should apply the changes to your local clone. Cheers
