Summary

023: Ability to define path to SCM client binary

Description

It'd be useful to have the ability to set the direct path to the SCM client binary that is called by each plugin. The best place for this configuration is probably within the modules that plug into SourceIntegration, so it becomes possible to set a different executable for git, svn, whatever else.

This is useful on shared web hosts where the system wide executable might be SVN v1.1 (which doesn't support the --limit option on the command line) and a user wants to use a later v1.6 executable they've provided themselves.
