The downloads for the SourceControl plugin are on this page:
http://git.mantisforge.org/ [^]

And you need to select the snapshot link to download the plugin. I don't see a snapshot link. More detailed and user-friendly documentation would make this process much easier.

The plugins are now hosted on Github at http://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/source-integration [^] -- there is also a "Downloads" button there that you should be able to use. Documentation is something I've been wanting to improve, but I don't really have time to work on the project much these days...
