056: Remove advanced parameter from event callback functions

Description

Commit http://git.mantisbt.org/?p=mantisbt.git;a=commit;h=7c8910853c0232605c79a4345418d4e932812de5 [^] removed the "advanced" parameter from the event API as it is no longer part of Mantis 1.2.x or 1.3.x (this functionality was removed as part of the refactoring of the view/print/update/report pages).

Timecard therefore needs to be updated to remove this parameter from the affected callback functions.

This event API change will break compatibility of Timecard with all current released versions of Mantis, so some version bumps are most likely required.
