| Summary | 058: umlauts in changeset-comments don't get displayed/saved correctly |
| Description | If the Message of a changeset contains umlauts like ä,ü,ö,ß and possible others. They don't get saved to database correctly, and not displayed correctly.
ä will be diplayed as ?\195?\164 for example. |
| Steps To Reproduce | add the following repository to mantis (one of my unsuccessful projects) and import:
https://clapp.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/clapp [^]
and look at the last revision. |
