087: Gitweb Parsing Fails when Human Reable Path Feature is Enabled

Description

In gitweb, it is possible to change the file paths to more human readable form. This is done by setting the 'pathinfo' option in the gitweb.conf file like so:

$feature{'pathinfo'}{'default'} = [1];

If you enable this feature, it will break the source code integration. This is caused because the gitweb plugin relies on the default style of URL tags to extract commit information.
