Summary094: Unable to import changeset from HTTPS witch unknown certificate
Descriptionsvn.exe cancels the connection to SSL secured servers with unknown certificates. My apache runs under a system account where i'm not able to accept the unknown certificate using svn.exe.
Additional InformationFollowing patch is a hack to ignore unknown certificates (only recommended in friendly environments).

Fix 086, 094: Added SVN command argument configs

Extended the SVN configuration section to include a checkbox for
trusting SSL certificates, as well as a generic textbox to specifying
additional command arguments to the SVN binary. Together, these two
options should allow repositories to be imported via HTTPS/SSL, as well
as additional flexibility for system admins.
